Winemaking
Fermentation is conducted for 12-15 days at 24-30°C with daily pump-overs. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months and minimal oak contact to preserve fruit freshness.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet tones. In the nose spicy and elegant. The palate is full with a complexity of red fruits, floral undertones and spicy oak. The finish is warm and elegant with integrated French oak tannins.
