WINEMAKING
Syrah harvested by phenolic ripeness. fermentation is conducted for 15-25 days at 24-30°C with daily pump-overs and 1 delestage. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 5 months and a light aging in oak barrique before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Intense purplish black with violet hues. Evident aromas of violet and blackcurrant enriched by hints of liquorices and black pepper. The mouth is full and the tannins are well balanced by a round body with a toasted and spicy finish.
