Obtained from carefully selected Inzolia grapes, spontaneously fermented and macerated on the skins for 15 days, this wine exudes character and authenticity. Its color, a delicate orange with golden reflections, is both bright and deep. On the nose, the intensity of the long maceration blends with fresh citrus notes of grapefruit and citron, enveloped by elegant herbal nuances.
